At Wrenfield Finance, we believe capital decisions should be guided by clarity—not urgency. Our role is to help you assess risk, refine positioning, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth before capital is ever introduced.

We do not approach funding as a simple equation of rates and amounts. Every capital structure carries long-term implications, and our advisory process is designed to ensure those implications are understood before a decision is made.

In the event that funding is secured through one of our lending partners, Wrenfield is compensated directly by the lender. This does not increase your cost of capital or affect your bottom line.

Investor Introductions

Securing the right investor is rarely a matter of access alone—it is a matter of alignment.

Private investors are often highly selective, not only in the opportunities they pursue, but in how those opportunities are presented. A strong concept, without proper positioning, can easily be overlooked.

Wrenfield Finance works with a network of private investors actively seeking opportunities to expand and diversify their portfolios. For clients seeking to present a project for consideration, we provide guidance on positioning, structure, and introduction strategy.

While our advisory services remain at no cost, investor introductions are subject to a success-based service fee. This fee is only applied in the event that an investor elects to move forward with your project, and typically ranges from 1% to 5%, depending on the complexity of the engagement and the capital sought.
