Investor Introduction Fee Schedule
Investor introductions are not transactional moments—they are alignment points between vision and capital.
At Wrenfield Finance, our role is to ensure that when an opportunity is presented to an investor, it is done with clarity, structure, and intentional positioning.
Our compensation reflects this process, and is designed to remain aligned with successful outcomes
Our investor introduction process is structured in three stages:
1. Evaluation & Positioning
We assess the opportunity, refine presentation where needed, and ensure it aligns with investor expectations.
2. Strategic Matching
We identify and approach investors whose portfolio interests align with the nature of the opportunity.
3. Introduction & Facilitation
We coordinate the introduction and remain available to support communication, structure, and clarity throughout early-stage discussions.
Wrenfield Finance operates on a success-based model for investor introductions.
Our fee is only applied if an investor elects to move forward with your project.
This ensures our incentives remain aligned with meaningful outcomes—not speculative introductions.
Our investor introduction fee typically ranges between: 1% – 5% of capital secured
The exact fee is determined based on several factors, including:
-
Complexity of the opportunity
-
Level of advisory and positioning required
-
Capital amount being sought
-
Depth of involvement throughout the process
Each engagement is assessed individually to ensure fairness and alignment.
Our fee is only earned and payable under the following condition:
An investor introduced by Wrenfield Finance commits capital to your project.
There are:
-
No upfront fees
-
No retainers
-
No charges for initial consultation or evaluation
We believe that clarity in compensation creates stronger relationships.
All fee structures are discussed and agreed upon prior to any investor introductions being made.
Our objective is not simply to connect—but to ensure that every introduction is intentional, appropriate, and positioned for success.
Wrenfield Finance reserves the right to decline introductions that are not yet properly positioned for investor consideration.
In such cases, we may provide guidance on how to strengthen the opportunity before proceeding
If you are seeking to present a project to aligned investors, we invite you to begin with a conversation.
From there, we will determine whether an introduction is appropriate—and how best to position it.
